VISION

Our vision is to create a society where every disadvantaged youth has access to quality vocational training and resources, equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive in the job market, break the cycle of poverty, and contribute positively to their communities and the nation as a whole.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Objective: The primary goal of the "Learning for Earning" project is to provide holistic development opportunities for underprivileged youth in India, focusing on market demand-driven vocational training and awareness about job opportunities for sustainable growth.

  • Target Audience: The project caters to underprivileged girls and boys aged 18 to 25 years, residing in underprivileged urban communities across India.

  • Training Components: Comprehensive vocational training courses covering English speaking, computer skills, personality development, and retail and basic management. Various workshops aimed at enhancing employability skills and fostering personal growth.

  • Employment Engagement Program (EEP): Conducted employee engagement sessions where experienced professionals shared insights and experiences with students, providing them with valuable guidance and inspiration.

  • Career Counseling Sessions: Organised career counseling sessions to assist students in developing broad career plans, evaluating employment markets, and identifying suitable job opportunities matching their skill sets.

  • Commercial Exposure Visits: Facilitated commercial exposure visits for students to gain firsthand experience of real-world job scenarios, helping them understand industry dynamics and career prospects.

  • Placement Assistance: Ensured strong placement support for beneficiaries, leveraging networks and partnerships to connect students with suitable employment opportunities.

  • Empowerment Goals: Empowering youth to become self-confident individuals proficient in interpersonal skills, team management, and leadership, thereby enhancing their overall employability and success in the job market.

  • Sustainability: Striving for sustainable impact by equipping underprivileged youth with the skills and resources necessary to secure meaningful employment, break the cycle of poverty, and contribute positively to society.
